Performance Measures and Reallocation

The System Performance and Evaluation Committee of the San Joaquin Continuum of Care has developed local performance measures for CoC-funded programs, as well as a reallocation policy and tool. These policies and procedures will be used for upcoming CoC Program Competitions to help the SJCoC evaluate the performance of CoC-funded programs, and to determine if reallocation of those funds is appropriate and/or necessary.
